    A mentally unstable woman just setup a tent with a bunch of belongings 10 feet from then main door to our building. The irony here is that someone from one of the lovely non profits was helping her setup her tent.

    Both sides of the street are now homeless encampments and you can't walk down the sidewalk on either side. What exactly do we have to do to get the city to do something about this? There are needles, trash and feces everywhere. Not only is this an ADA compliance issue, but it's also a public health issue.
