Henrico Road, just east of Moreland Avenue (under the 285 overpass) is chock full of potholes. These are on both sides of the road and located in a blind curve. Every single day, drivers in both directions are playing "avoid the pothole", and it is only a matter of time before there is an accident. With trucks traveling this route daily, a fatal accident is not out of the question. Can someone PLEASE fill all of these in?

The initial complaint, in Feb, was closed by you in April. The signs have NEVER been removed as you stated they were. They continue to post the signs in the ROW by their entrance and on my property, every Saturday and Sunday. The other signs, located all over Scarborough Road, Church Road, Hearn Road, Fairview Road are also being put back up on weekends. With all located within the County ROW and in violation of The Henry County GA ULDC, Section 7.04.07, D and F (specifically). They have even taken to sometimes leaving the stakes but removing the sign from the top (so you'll see the stake during the week but signs on the weekends on some but not all).

Royal Oaks subdivision has signs located (TWO AT EACH LOCATION) all over Scarborough Road, Church Road, Hearn Road, Fairview Road - with are all located within the County ROW and in violation of The Henry County GA ULDC, Section 7.04.07, D and F (specifically). The signs are not two sided, they are all in the ROW, they are made of combustible material, and these two in particular WERE located on MY property. While I understand there are special exceptions made for new subdivision signage according to the ULDC, two things that are NOT exceptions are that the signs MUST be located on the property of the subdivision (see my property stakes marking that they are on mine) AND they must be spaced no less than 300' apart - these are not. Every place on the roads listed that they have signs, they have posted TWO back to back. This developer, these builders, their contractors - NONE have been good neighbors. I'm getting litter again from their workers and came out this morning to find signs posted on my property. I have removed these and will remove any others posted on my property.

There is a very large pine tree that has snapped at the base on my neighbor's property (directly across from my driveway). It is currently being held up by smaller trees but not sure for how much longer. When it falls it will be in the roadway and on top of my mailbox.
