Since last year, there has been graffitti spray-painted on the cement drainage ditch next to the playground in Sprucewood Park in Levittown. Across the street, in the other side of the drainage ditch, people have been throwing furniture, garbage and carpets. This has been here for at least a year. The grounds dept of the TOH is there all the time mowing the grass and there is no way they haven't seen it. There is a big renovation of the playground going on, yet they don't even bother to clean up the garbage right next to the playground.
