A friend of mine and myself were walking down the sidewalk on Bay Place and someone riding one of your scooters came down the middle of the sidewalk directly in between us so that we had to quickly get out of the way. I am in my mid-50s and she in her early 60's. He was completely oblivious to us. I have also seen the scooters being left on handicapped ramps and in the middle of walkways to where a handicapped person would not be able to get by. This has to be regulated somehow. It's completely unacceptable.
