    The water shut off valve in my meter box is leaking. I have previously reported this, but the problem continues. I was home the last time a repair attempt was made, the Maintenance person just pounded on the valve with a big hammer to re-seat the valve, every pipe in my house rattled tremendously.     A hole has developed in my backyard, when it fills with rainwater it gurgles and bubbles from underground. I believe a sewer or storm water pipe may be broken below, causing the hole. Can someone please investigate this and make repairs as necessary? Thank You.
