The residents of this city are fed up with a down tired of this filth and homelessness in this city.
It’s all you see in Vallejo everywhere you look bums, vagrants, trash, encampments on private and public property. Increased crime, theft, vandalism and drug use. Needles, urine and feces left behind pose a Biohazard and threat to to health and safety of the community. Something needs to be done NOW to curb this epidemic.

Here is a picture of the disgusting mess this bum makes while constantly camping in the bus enclosure.
Urine, bodily fluids/waste, trash runs across sidewalk and cakes up in the street.
No Camping signs were installed here a few weeks ago, so he if wasn’t before, he is now officially trespassing.

This entire area between the railroad tracks and Walmart Neighborhood Market is literally a cesspool of bums and out of control vagrancy alone with drug use, trash, litter, indecent exposure, general filth etc.
Littering in the Walmart parking lot and dumping on the railroad tracks.
The hard working tax paying residents of this city demand action now!
Enough talk, action now, please.
Law enforcement needs to clean out ot only this area but this entire end of town. Check for outstanding warrants and sexual predator status.
The residents of this city deserve better than this.
This is going on all over this city, why would anyone want to do business here?
This city is stagnant but so much potential but it’s wasted due to poor leadership and lack of ambition.

Does anyone know the status of the homeless guy that’s camps at the bus stop near Costco? Did he move or is he still there?
I drove by tonight and did not see him, however there is a shopping cart piled with trash next to the bus stop that needs to be removed.

Several vagrants have set up camp at a utility box on Admiral Callaghan Ln just a couple feet from the Toyota Dealership lot.
Garbage, junk, wheelchair, shopping carts.
Please remove.

Same guy for the last couple years, this needs to stop. Throws trash into street, bodily fluids on sidewalk and bus stop pad, shopping carts filled with junk and trash. Intimidating to bus users that often times stand far from the enclosure to wait for the bus.
Sleeps here day and night, 24/7.
Unacceptable for the citizens of this city to continue to tolerate. Please remove and relocate to shelter or mental facility.

Please remove vagrant from the Sol Trans Bus Stop near Costco. This has gone on for too long, don’t let him come back as he has done in the past.

As your exiting Hwy 37 it is on the right, not only this tent, but various encampments and vehicles are an ongoing problem at the dead end next to Denny’s and Sonoma Blvd.

Homeless bums still at Hanns Park at night, driving past in the middle of the night you can see lights at the picnic tables(flashlight or cellphone).
