The clock above the bridge on southbound Topeka Ave over the Kansas River needs reset to the correct time again.

In eastbound lane in front of 1101 SW 17th, please grind down the road to level the raised pavement/speed bump in the traffic lane. It's awful.

Our clean North Community Center park & parking lot are being trashed. More trash cans need to be installed to help accumulate the trash that is being left in parking lot & picnic areas near the building. Parents are placing baby swim diapers in the parking lot. Possibly more visible trash cans around parking lot & picnic areas may help keep the trash off of the grounds & parking lot. There are few trash cans on east side of park.

Nut tree planted last Fall is rapidly being eaten by bag worms. Please spray this tree before it has no leaves! We have so few nice trees along the path. Tree is located south of the path on west side of building entrance driveway. It is the easternmost tree of the pair planted last Fall near the path and one of the only two trees in the large greenway area on southwest part of the grounds. Please save the tree!

Please fill pothole on 17th street right at the crosswalk when turning west on 17th from Topeka Blvd when driving southward. It is in the passenger tire track when turning onto westbound 17th.

When I click on the link https://bit.ly/SCPRdogpark for the survey it links to a survey page that says I have already completed the survey. I tried the link on three different devices and got the same page every time, asking me if I want to create my own surveys.

Please fill the standard potholes that repeatedly need filled in south bound lane of Topeka Ave. about midway through the 1500 block. The right side of the lane nearest the curb is where the holes are. By now, you probably know where they are without description.

Please fill in pothole on Lyman Road in left turn lane to turn south onto Topeka Avenue. The hole is nearly between the turn lane and west bound lane on right side of turn lane.

Please fill pothole in northbound lane of 2900 block North Kansas Ave.

Please fill numerous potholes on SW 12th just west of Fillmore St. intersection. The holes are in old repaired road seams. Inside westbound lane or southern-most lane of the one-way street. I hit the holes with the driver's side tires.

Potholes on 12th St just west of west corner of Garfield St. in inside lane. Potholes are hit with driver's side tires.

Please fill potholes in southbound lanes especially inside lane of 2037 & 2027ish Topeka Ave.

Please fill pot hole on SW 12th in inside lane, westbound, near the alley crossing between Buchanan and Lincoln streets, but on 12th St.

Please fill the pothole at 12th & Garfield on driver's side of inside lane, about 18" north of south curb, on 12th Street.

Please fill pothole in inside lane, curbside, immediately west of Garfield on 12th St.

Please fill in pothole in left-most westbound lane closest to curb, on 12th St. just beyond the alley that goes south, between Buchanan & Lincoln streets

Please repair the buckled seam in westbound lane in front of the first KBI driveway on 17th St. a bit west of the intersection of 17th & Topeka. This buckle and bump has been there for over two years without repair and it is not because it hasn't been reported.

Please fill in pot hole in south bound outside lane near curbing in front of house at 1609 SW Topeka Blvd.
