The left turn signal for the Eastbound lanes (turning to go North) is active for an excessive amount of time, regardless of the traffic in the left-turn lane. Westbound traffic must wait an excessive amount of time to proceed straight.
The left turn signal for the Westbound lanes (turning to go South) will never activate. Traffic trying to make the left turn must turn against oncoming Eastbound traffic which is very high volume.
