Please pick up this week. This house has been producing week after week of rental property debris for neighbors to endure. Its never put out on pick up day, or put in a dumpster like normal remodels require, so there is a continuous stream of subsidized renter and remodel housing trash on Comanche.

There's a pothole that has been in the sidewalk for a year. A sheet of plywood would be better than an old faded cone in a hole. Businesses have invested huge sums in new buildings and appreciate the city maintaining the adjoining sidewalks.

Street light comes on for only a few minutes many times every night but stays off 95% of the night.

This pole has been broken and taped since a storm in 2019. Its failure will interrupt services to hundreds of homes. Request planned replacement before it causes unnecessary hardship on residents of Heritage Estates.
