    6:30 pm on Sunday August 13th, 50 or so cars parked on grassy areas (which are restricted from vehicles) watching a line of cars do donuts on airfield strip (recently resurfaced). Incredible amount of vehicle noise (squealing tires, revving engines). Noise heard 2 miles away at my home. police called, no action taken.
