    Trash, garbage nuisance animal cages, large appliances, Christmas tree, garbage and trash piled along the curb. This house is not occupied and the owner has placed more than 75 feet of debris on the sidewalk and curb. This is a nuisance and danger to neighbors, pets.

    8301 Golf Course Rd Albuquerque NM - Las Terrazas

    Traffic safety hazard

    The owners of the shopping plaza on 8301 Golf Course Rd have installed a speed bump at the entrance to the plaza. The bump is less than 25 feet from the road and cars entering the plaza must quickly apply the brake to avoid hitting the bump. This causes cars on Golf Course road to swerve or quickly apply brakes to avoid a collision. Does the City have any requirements for placing speed bumps too close to a main road or any requirements for how close they can be to a street? I believe this is a traffic safety hazard. Also did the owner of this plaza have a permit to install this speed bump? Was it approved by the city.
