rodent infestation

In the last month I have observed rats running across the street in the middle of this block of Viscount Place.
I have never observed rats prior to this month in the 8 years I have lived here.
maybe the city can address compost piles and other attractants before we are infested.

there is a significant oil sheen on the drainage ditch by the ballpark on Salter Street across from Ryall Park

ovrrflowing garbage at bus stop
please contact BC Transit, contractor or proper municipal authority to see that that this if this csn be remedied

the garbage can is overflowing at the bus stop on the on-ramp Northbound on the Queensboro connector from Howes
I called BC Transit first but they said this is the responsibility of the city. I think this might also be the responsibility of main road or someone with the provincial contract. But either way it's our city and if it's not our job to clean it up it is our job to get the responsible party to clean it up thank you very much
