    Public Works is repairing our next door neighbors sidewalk this morning (8960 Barcelona Street) as well as another neighbor's at Sequoyah and Barcelona

    I spoke with the construction me, who toldmes to reach out to Public Works for ours to be repaired as well

    60’ oak tree fell due to adjacent creek on city of Oakland owned (Barcelona parcel) property overflowing with rain water, which flooded our property. Our retaining wall is damaged as a result, increasing the risk of mud slides

    2 very large, dangerous potholes are in the lane that goes down towards Mountain on the Fontaine overpass.

    The two potholes are parallel to one another and therefore line up with car tires, so there is no way to miss them unless you cross the double yellow line into the oncoming lane.

    These potholes have been there for many months now, and we’ve had many close calls damaging our car, as well as being hit by others avoiding them.
