Is there any way we can modify the sprinkler schedule for B5? Every time my little league team practices here at 5p, there are large mud puddles in the middle of each base path, preventing the kids from running the bases correctly. Can you run the sprinklers early in the morning or later in the evening?

Dog poop is becoming a problem again at Killdeer Park. Since the playground is closed, dog owners are increasingly letting their animals poop in the wood chips and sand around the children's play structure. It's turning into a litter box and poses a health risk to children when the playground reopens.
Dogs should be forbidden from the play area. While signs are posted at the park entrances, the are either missed or ignored. Please post signs in front of the wood chips and sand indicating the fine dog owners can receive for not picking up their dog poop. Also, please enforce the city ordinances.

Turn signal malfunctioning. On several different occasions, the turn signal didn't turn green with multiple cars waiting to turn. This has happened around 7:30p on multiple nights. I'm heading west on Hillsdale and waiting to turn left to go south on Foster City Blvd. All the lights will cycle several times before the left arrow finally turns green. Something is wrong with the signal trigger

At 8:30a, the sprinklers are on and spraying all over the sidewalk. When I'm taking my kid to school, we either have go through the sprinklers or step out into the busy, dangerous traffic. Please fix the sprinklers aim AND have them come on earlier (~6a).

Large parts of the green privacy tarp around the construction site are disconnected from the fence. When the wind blows, it blocks most of the sidewalk and is a hazard to those walking or riding their bikes. The construction developer needs to fix ASAP

The sewer covers on the sidewalk here are constantly leaking water

There is excessive dog poop in Killdeer park, including the playground area. Dog owners think they don't need to pick up dog poop because it is a secluded area. Please post signs and enforce proper behavior.

This is a parking lot for a preschool, but it's often used as a cut through between Pilgrim and E Hillsdale. Specifically, I've seen several Uber drivers speed through during the morning when kids and parents are walking around and dropping kids off. Can appropriate signs (e.g., "No through traffic") get added and enforced?
