    Friday recycle trash pick up has occurred for my area, as of 6:40pm.

    Please reopen Issue 7720378, created 4/27/2020, assigned work order # 20485072, see enclosed link , https://seeclickfix.com/issues/7720378. Due to CODVID-19 restrictions and funding during this period the work order though valid, was never executed. Per George Jackson, POC for AA, Northern District, BOH, I was to check back during Apr/May 2021 timeframe for execution. I have tried to contact POC as directed, but apparently he has moved on. I've been more than patient and would appreciate action on this issue.

    Pine tree growing over Woods Rd is leaning on the electrical street pole light wiring. Appears to be putting more tension on the electrical wire each passing year. The wiring runs diagonal across Woods Rd.This is a potential safety risk:  Electrical concern (tree touching the wire), and/or the pine tree potentially falling on a motorists or traveler.

    Drainage, standing water problem, from rain/waterflow  exist on Woods Rd, directly in front of 842 Woods Rd (my residence; located between 828 Woods and 834 Woods Rd.)  This is a safety and erosion issue, which has existed approximately 10 years, and seems to be getting worse each subsequent year. During rain storms each year, at least 1 to 2 times a year a motorist will loose control and veer into my property (to preclude hitting an oncoming motorist),  due to an approximately 40 foot linear dip in the road. Additionally there is a corresponding curbing dip causing a constant erosion  and sudstantial road spray to my property.  

    I feel the fix would be to proportionally elevate the road and curbing (apron) in this area, to eliminate the problem.

    Same pole outage was closed under Issue ID#5877297. Pole light #540938 worked all week , but is now out as of 5/24/2019. Could be a short; vegetation is growing on and around the light.

    I called the BGE contact phone number twice, as recommended by AA Traffic Division and never got a phone pick-up.Thus, I will continue to use the 311 app, as encouraged by AA CE (Pittman), for tracking and audit accountabilty.

    Large pohole, approximately 4 square feet recently opened. This is related to the other two acknowledged issues being worked by BOH (5505044 and 5770620 ), which apparently are stalled.
