Aside from the longer term challenges that my neighbor (Mrs. Summers) has experienced over the past 20 years and the general challenges of my lot, I am getting large amounts of runoff from across the street which is effectively flooding my lot an my neighbors. I don’t have a problem with addressing things I control, but this is damaging to our property and is directly impacting my ability to get a CO. Requesting you clear out the drains along length of this section of Simmons to minimize the impact to my lot moving forward

At the intersection of North Laurel Street and West Luke Street, the rcp that runs under North Laurel Street is obstructed with debris. During heavy down pours or extended periods of rain the intersection and surrounding properties flood. Looking to get a crew to check and clear any obstructions in the drainage ditch along the north side of Luke Street from the intersection to the larger canal that runs north and south under all or street and the railroad. Having sewage problem since they build new homes behind my house, toilet backing up.

There is an almost 2 foot deep washout area around the runoff water drainage sewer in front of 202 Mendenhall. I fell into the hole as it abutted the sidewalk and twisted my leg and back. Please send someone out ASAP before someone else is hurt.

Sewer drain on my front yard is plugged and holds water that draws mosquitos. I have lived here over 15 years and the drain has always drained properly until a couple months ago.
