The one and only not emptied,still full blue can of recycling from 27 Gray Street is still sitting at the curb.

Who would I report this to?

Backpack has been there since at least late Sunday night.

15:30 Tuesday March 21, 2023. The street sweeper was not accompanied/ escorted by a Parking Enforcement Officer. Each time I've submitted this issue it gets assigned to someone who then assigns it to sanitation, from which I receive a response from Fred Mueller stating that it is not sanitations issue. I absolutely agree. Why isn't it then assigned to Jersey City Parking Authority?

Was St. Patrick's Day declared Jersey City wide Holiday?
Two hours I waited today, like I do twice a week, no PEO or street sweeper came through.
And yes I know Mr. Fred Mueller that Sanitation is Not responsible for Parking Enforcement Officers. Which by the way you are the only city employee who actually identifies yourself when you respond here.
If you look back over the past year to two years. We've had Street Sweepers come through without PEO's accompaniment as well as Street Sweeper No Shows.
Being told over the phone that changes "they just don't post them to Twitter" is ridiculous. Some residents actually care about the aesthetic of our streets and neighborhoods.

Tenants of 30 Gray Street Jersey City, NJ 07302-3136 have left their blue recycling can on the sidewalk for 7.5 hours from a reasonable 07:00am retrieval time. It is a sidewalk obstruction.

Street sweeper was not accompanied by a Parking Enforcement Officer.
This has happened several times since Georgette, the previous Parking Enforcement Officer, changed shifts.
I know in the past this complaint has been handed off to Sanitation, despite it not being a Sanitation issue.
Unfortunately there isn't an item on the list that addresses absentee, no-show Parking Enforcement Officers.

Once again the scheduled street sweeper and PEO were a No Show.
I know why would the PEO come if the street sweeper didn't.
I'd like to know why this has been happened several times since the current PEO replaced PEO Georgette.
I also checked Twitter several looking for an update. There wasn't one since the Tweet about MLK Day.

The street sweeper did not come through as scheduled witch means neither did the PEO.
I wait in my car on street sweeping days starting at 15:00.
Why you ask.
I'll tell you why, because the sweeper has a two hour window to pass through. As a civic minded tax paying member of Jersey City I patiently wait.
Now I know, because sanitation has replied "Sanitation is not in control of parking enforcement or it's employees.
This has been happening quite often since the PEO took over for Georgette.
I know you're asking yourself "Why does this guy care?"

I've been waiting for the street sweeper escorted by a PEO to come through, they were a no show.

Street Sweeper, Cleaner passed through as scheduled on Gray Street between Mercer Street and Academy Street as described on posted street signs.

A PEO was Not present to accompany the street sweeping, cleaning operator or to issue tickets on vehicles that had not been moved as per the description on the posted street signs.

Is there a reason as to why the PEO was Not present?

This journey actually begins back in 2012 with the previous owner and a Code Compliance Inspector Fausto who did his best to work within the system with integrity. To 2019/2020 Code Compliance Inspector Rodriguez signed off on slipshod repairs.
To today 2022 we tried to the best of our ability to convey there was a bigger issue below, above the surface.
This is a direct result of the "No Cause" non-permitted construction, extensive renovation of apartment 6/3R directly above us 5/2R.

We have been betrayed by those city government officials that to my knowledge are supposed to look out for Tennant's, constituents rights.

To be noted that we have never hidden behind anonymity when posting unlike city inspectors, real estate owners, property managers, superintendents who 95% refuse to share their last, full name. They all know ours...

Once again a Parking Enforcement Officer, PEO did Not accompany the street sweeper.

The street sweeper operator beeped his horn, one vehicle, a Volkswagen was not moved. But also was Not issued a violation.

"No sign" What is considered a "sign" of construction?

Would the dripping from the ceiling in my bathroom be considered a "sign".

This is the second time in as many months that the construction of which there was "no sign" than either that there is a leak from the ceiling in my bathroom.

There's a 38 year old Hoboken husband and father who would still be alive today if JCPD had done their job better as well in 2013.

Non permitted work is being done in apartment #6/3R directly above mine.
Work is being done by unlicensed persons whom I've observed to be drinking, drunk while on the premises in the past.

While it is not being done off hours because of past incidents we had a discussion with the management company about advanced notice either from them or the on premises superintendent.

No one seems to be aware of what is actually being done, going on in and around 27 Gray Street, from the management company, to the in residence superintendent who was hired by the management company, to the unlicensed drunken workers who were hired by the in residence superintendent.

The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

To many cooks spoil the soup.
