The pictured broken sidewalk tiles and abandoned barricades in front of this property has been in complete disrepair for way too long! This same issue was reported to SeeClickFix in July, and it was acknowledged as "previously" filed under SCF#7199919. Why then has there been NO action or repairs made to date? I witnessed a woman today trying to get into her parked car in this area, spilling her Kahwa coffee in maneuvering around the barricades. WHAT needs to be done to fix this long overdue problem??

Miscellaneous broken sidewalk tiles and abandoned barricades have been in disrepair for months, with no signs of improvement, leaving this block on 5th Avenue looking completley undesirable. Urgent request for the property owner or City to step in and take action.
