Something needs to be done to address cars entering the bike lanes. I've witnessed parking, driving, food distribution on weekends and, perhaps most concerning, cars fully crossing the bike lane to make three point turns. Someone is going to get very badly hurt - it's only a matter of time. Signage and a concerted public education campaign would be an excellent start, but physical barriers that would prevent cars from entering altogether would probably be best.

A group of tents is blocking the sidewalk on Telegraph Avenue. This sidewalk needs to be passable for pedestrians.

This section of street was recently repaved and is now worse than it was before. The new pavement is uneven.

This section of the bicycle lane along shoreline drive needs a physical barrier between the parking cars and the bicycle lane. I have almost been hit three times in the last six months by cars making three point turns all the way across the bike lane in order to turn around and access a parking spot. On all three occasions the cars pulled into the lanes without even checking for bicyclists and, in fact, were quite startled to see me. There are physical deterrents to this placed along other stretches of the road; can we have them placed here, as well?
