I saw a broken irrigation line pouring s lot of water into the gutter near the top of Lupinr Hills Drive just East of Countrywood Drive. The water poured into r gutter and down Countrywood. The broken line is in the landscaped area outside the fence near the backyard of the last house on Countrywood. It is by the house that faces Counter, not the one on t he e flag lot. It is in the common area outside the fence, not in the back yard itself. It was running at 8:10pm Saturday night. I don't normally report these things, but it was so much water water that this time I did stop to take s photo.

There is a pile of clothes and junk on Melrose heading south west just past Palomar airport Rd.

It is terrifying to ride North on Melrose from Buena Creek toward and across Cannon Drive because there is a significant amount of gravel in the bike lane. There is even more in piles as you cross the intersection. This is dangerous. It is very difficult to control a bike rolling over this much loose gravel.

The cars driving by have concentrated the mess in the bike lane and in large piles between the lanes and the turn lanes underneath the traffic signals.

It is terrifying to ride North on Melrose from the top of the hill through the intersection with Cannon Dr because there is so much gravel in the bike lane -- and the piles of it in the intersection. The car tires have forced the gravel into the bike lane and into triangular patches between lanes under the light. It is difficult to control a bike riding over so much loose gravel.

Clickfix does not allow me to report the problem to the city. Does anyone know how to report this? I think the gravel may be too heavy for a street sweeper truck to pick up. Therefore, even if the street gets cleaned, it might just get spread over the lanes and then eventually forced back in toward the curb in the bike lane.

Another near collision this afternoon of car and pedestrian. Need something to encourage drivers to watch for pedestrians on this on ramp! How about adding flashing lights to this cross walk that people can trigger before stepping on to the pavement . This is the ONLY place where pedestrians and bicyclists can cross under 78 in the area, but they are still risking their life to do it!
