    This is a request for lane markings on Highland Ave southbound at Rosemary Street in front of the library. There are no lane marchings here and The No Left Turn onto Rosemary Street is only marked with one pole sign. Cars frequently pass each other on Highland Ave southbound in front of the library because people think there are two lanes there. I believe it is a safety concern.
