Does this catch basin require a head wall? There are remnants of a concrete wall which is long-gone. During heavy rainfalls, the runoff exceeds the culvert capacity and flows out of catch basin area.Thanks.

(1) A large depression in the fractured asphalt between the two east-bound speed bumps needs another repair. (2) Also, nearby is rather deep pothole about a foot in diameter is filled with water today.

the glass lamp is broken and bottom is gone. bulb inside isn't illuminating steadily. noticed it on way out of swim meet Wednesday night 9:15 pm.

Along west side of Darnell Street atop the the south branch of Fagan Creek. Several growing potholes in a larger patched area across width of road. House directly across road is 1405 Darnell.

In northbound lane on far right, near wide drive way. Getting deeper.

Previously repaired area is breaking up. About 4-5" at deepest spot.

A tree recently fell across a storm water drainage ditch. The trunk lies over the ditch (see circled part of photo) which now touches on three separate properties, all in a corner . During a heavy rain, the runoff may be high enough to reach the blocking tree and to divert the runoff. I live immediately downhill from the downed tree, the top portion which barely touches my property which is part of an alley City easement. Will City remove the tree or is the tree owner responsible for removal? Thanks!

Colice Road's top layer is coming off. A section of about 3 feet across one area is gone. Heavy rains' runoff down Mountainbrook Dr doesn't help.

Sewer line running east-west in easement between Mountainbrook Dr (uphill of me) and my home on Colice Road was repaired in Dec 2019 by City crew. Today, while a yard worker I hired was checking out rainwater issues from Sept 19 heavy rainfall, he smelled a strong odor near the sewer line's aboveground manhole chamber. I went up to the spot, confirmed the odor, dark discoloration of leaking water, the spot of leakage, and then took the attached photo. Legend: A=sewer line; B=manhole chamber; and C=point of leakage. Took several other photos of accumulations of darker water as it slowly seeped downhill.

Fyi for Clint....Pics take Sunday, Sept 19 mid-afternoon after peak rain ended. A 1:13 min video made at 12:25 during peak rain. Runoff is between Mountainbrook Rd (uphill) and Colice Rd (downhill) . Runoff entered local main creek stream bed below next lot on Colice. Catch basin at my address couldn't hold all runoff which crested within a foot of road crown at 1:00 pm.

Parts of downed tree and other growth extend beyond street gutter and into street, partially blocking view of downhill Montdale drivers.

High grass and weeds, plus misc debris at a key street gutter drain.

Hillside lot at 2208 Colice Rd is being prepped for construction and currently has no barriers along street on exposed downhill side of lot to retain mud and water runoff. Some plastic sheeting on lower corner of lot is up. Heavy rains forecasted in coming hours and days.

No runoff barriers along full width of lot along street to block mud runoff during heavy rains expected in coming hours and days.

Small, about 10" diameter, but getting deep. In an area repaired last year. Heavy trucks often make the tight turn here.
