Please view the attached picture of a dead tree. The image is old, from Google Satellite 2013; the tree is completely dead and bark and branches fall from it regularly.
My concern is that someone may be injured if larger portions of the tree fall; also property damage as it is very close to the street.
The dead tree is directly across from the Golden Living Center on George Street.
