    The construction company and their sub contractors have damaged the hex block walkway and brick streets. The walkway now has wood over it but from edges visible, the walk is severely damaged. Please make sure repaired after completion.

    Demolition company did not protect Hex blocks when driving over to demolish the duplex and garage apartments. While walkway is now covered, you can see damage on the edges of the covering.

    11th Ave N, from 120 to 107, is being torn up by construction equipment and deliveries for 110 11th Ave N. Prior to commencement of demolition and construction, 11th Ave was in excellent shape, as both ends of the street show. Parking of heavy equipment and deliveries of heavy building materials are destroying the street. Please make sure the contractor returns our street to its previous state. I’ve lived on this street since 1986.
