  • 37 Stephen St Albany, New York, 12202 - South End
Resident at 28 Stephen requests that the vacant lot across from his home be brush mowed to clear the growing copse of weed trees.
  • Street Light Acknowledged
269 Fuller Rd Albany, New York, 12203 - Campus Area-University District
A large white pine fell from minimally maintained State land along Fuller Road on 2/3/2023 and knocked out a utility pole, which was replaced. The Street light was disconnected and left on the shoulder of the road.
  • 2-44 N Lake Ave Albany, NY, 12203, USA - Central Avenue
The sidewalks on the east side of North Lake between Western and Washington have not been cleared after the most recent snow. Not sure if it is SUNYA or Consigli's responsibility, but it looks like between them they have dropped the ball.
  • 40 First Ave Albany, NY, 12202, USA - Krank Park-Cherry Hill
Resident requested that the City replace the last three panels of sidewalk leading down Cherryhill Street because in the winter they collect ice in a way that the recently replaced sidewalk panels uphill do not. He speculated that it had something to do with the sub-base (shale?). IN any case, he claims to spend a fortune in calcium chloride every year.
  • 207 1/2 N Pearl St Albany, NY, 12207, USA - Arbor Hill
Resident pointed out that the North Pearl frontage of the new building at 776 Broadway is not being regularly maintained by the building even though it is their property.
  • Street Light Archived
485 New Scotland Ave Albany, NY, 12208, USA - New Scotland
Home owner at 485 New Scotland pointed out that the street light next to her driveway had been knocked down in a car accident years ago and never replaced. She would like a new street light. The electric line that once fed the pole is now coiled up and tied in a failing norway maple at 495 New Scotland. This tree should be removed in the near future, but not without first have the presumably light line properly attended to.
  • Tree Issues Archived
92 Euclid Ave Albany, NY, 12203, USA - Buckingham Lake-Crestwood
There is a hazard tree located in front of my house. The tree appears to be dying. The canopy has many dead branches that can fall onto cars and pedestrians. Recently, a large branch fell into the street during a rain storm. Please remove the tree.
