Location: path to Elkridge Elementary from Latchlift Court, Elkridge. There are many dead trees that pose a imminent threat to the walkers to Elkridge Elementary school, Elkridge Landing, and neighborhood residents walking. There is one very tall dead tree that is leaning over the path. It has leaned more in the last year. If this falls, it will certainly kill a person. Please respond promptly with actions to be taken.
