ditches in front of 300 & 316 E Shore Dr, Whitmore Lake, fill with water that covers the road, when it rains.300 & 316 do not have driveways onto E. Shore. (our driveways are on Posey.) Water covers the road in front of 300 E. Shore because the culvert under Posey is blocked keeping the water from flowing E. toward 7 Mile.Wash. County Road Commission cleaned the W. end of the Posey culvert in front of 300 E. Shore (culvert flows E. under Posey.)  Left huge mound of dirt that is now falling right back into the end of the culvert, it is now blocked again.

Ditch in front of 316 E. Shore fills up because the culvert under driveway belonging to 324 E. Shore is plugged up keeping water from flowing E. toward 7 Mile.The Road Commission told me the culverts under driveways were the owners responsibility.  How am I to enforce this?  I live at 316 E. Shore I do not have a driveway on E. Shore. Water fills the ditch in front of 316 E. Shore and pools on the road because the culvert under the driveway belonging to 324 E. Shore is blocked keeping the water from flowing E. toward 7 Mile.
