    The sign with the names of Goldfinch Court and Maryland Highway 108 got knocked over (post broken off) by one of the snow plows Monday night/Tuesday morning. See picture.

    "Right lane must turn right" sign post has broken off. This same sign was reported a couple(?) of months ago, but it was just "twisted" then.

    Part of Montgomery Run Road and Falls Run have new newly re-surfaced. However, this area (as pictured) seems to be extremely rough and not yet complete. Please re-inspect this area. In the photo, I am facing the stop sign on Falls Run Road where it intersects Montgomery Run. Most of the equipment has been moved away, but the contractor (Flanagin??) needs to come back and re-do this.

    It looks like the community manager has used a County sign to promote their business. I doubt if this is appropriate, but wanted to report it. It's probably been emplaced within the past couple of months.

    Last JUly, the County cut down a storm-damaged tree across the street from 6026 Logan's Way, Ellicott City. The issue has been marked "Closed," and archived, but I can't tell about the stump removal. The iteam has this text:

    The tree suffered a major "split" a year or so ago. Wind storm on Saturday, 29 Jul 23 caused one more major section to split off. Local resident has cleared the debris from the street, but it needs to be cut down and replaced.

    Wooden sign post (and sign) was overturned -- as you enter the roundabout coming toward Highway 100 off Route 104. Could not tel what used to be on the sign, but Sunday morning, wooden debris was also littering the roadway.

    This MIGHT be an SHA concern. I will report it to them if you'd like

    Several mature "Bradford Pear" (aka Callery pear) trees adjacent to Waterloo Road/Highway 108. Between 50 and 100 yards away from intersection of Snowden River Parkway and Highway 108. Local residents are trying to eradicate Bradford Pear in our area, but these 24?? may be along the Right-of-Way and too big for small, hand-powered saw.

    The North end of Duncan Drive appears "too narrow" to permit parking on even one side of the street. Driving North on Duncan, there is a stop sign at Falls Run Road; there is also a hydrant on the East side of Duncan. These two factors reduce the length of curb parking by themself. The townhouses on the west side **should have** their own individual parking areas and/or garages behind their homes (NOT visible from Duncan).

    Recommend: Introduce "NO Parking" area on both sides of the street -- the North partial block of Duncan Drive. Please consider investigating.

    Bushes and trees overhang sidewalk--make it unsafe to bicycle or walk along there (Same side of street as SunTrust branch). Not sure if it the Brothers Partnership property owners or what...

    This was reported a week or two ago, but I don't see if as "Closed" -- so will try reporting again. Also, this item does not appear on My Account here.
