Dumping regularly happens at this location. Vacant property. Can landlord be requested to maintain regularly? Can they be asked to install automatic lighting as a deterrence?

Vacant property littered with multiple shopping carts, baby stroller and other debris. There are a few homeless citizens staying in front of the abandoned St Johns church around the corner, and they’ve been seen on this property as well. Can owner be requested to remove the debris and to lock gate to the property to prevent further dumping?

Thursday night recycling pickup was only partial on entire block. Cardboard was left by collection company.
#11 Clifton leaves items for easier pickup at corner in front of #15, as garbage trucks usually reverse up the block from Fairmount because of tight corner at south east end of clifton place. Can town clear these items?

Hospital visitors and hospital vehicles at times, pulled over double parked in right lane of Grand St East, daily at corner of Bright and at entrance closer to Jersey Ave. Poses high risk to drivers, bikes and pedestrians. Can extra signage be installed - “NO STOPPING”? Police presence to prevent this? The hospital has a main entrance for pick up and drop off via Jersey Ave.

City parking lot #3 littered with trash and debris.

Furniture debris and wood pallets

Owner is absent and does not have the vacant lot regularly maintained. Overgrown weeds fill the lot and overflow onto sidewalk. This is a sad eyesore in our neighborhood and encourages other bad behaviors; littering and lack of dog curbing. Trash and dog feces accumulates and sidewalk becomes impassible. We have a preschool on this street and small children pass here daily. This neighbor should have more regard for the community; plant a few trees or flower planters, and keep it clean and tidy - if they intend to sit on this buildable lot for the long run. Please help.
