The road on Bellevue was recently replaced but the job was horribly done in many ways. Take for example the picture I attached, there was zero thought put into meeting the cross road. And being that the drain is on the left of this, water doesn't flow into it, rather it pools here. I know come winter, there will be an ice skating rink. Further I have a pretty large blob of tar/asphalt that I'm assuming was extra(?) and instead of removing it and properly disposing of it, left it there. So now it's attached to the newly paved road, creating a tripping hazard. 🙄
