    Needs a traffic signal.

    Traffic gets backed up here. Common to be the 20th in line during peak hours. Seems to be getting more congested with all the new housing, parents bringing kids to school, people avoiding Main Street.

    I've seenKids walking to school haves to cross this intersection. Traffic is 60 MPH+ on the HWY side, not worth seeing someone get hit or killed before we are moved to action.

    Also accidents that happen here seem to be really bad.

    Please check timing of light. Traffic backs up in left turn lane almost back to light at 2700s. It took about 20 minutes to get through that single light, 8 light changes if I counted correctly. Each green light allowed only 5-10 vehicles through; depending on how many cars continues on yellow and red change.
