3rd attempt. There is a large pothole on Green Street, between Herkimer and Westerlo Streets, at the entrance to a parking lot, next to a recently dug up hydrant that still has pylons around it. LOOK FOR THE HOLE WORH THE BRICKS IN IT! I've reported this 2x already and it keeps being marked completed when it is not.

I previously reported a large, deep pothole at green and S. Lansing streets. You marked it closed and resolved, it is not. In fact, a few weeks ago I filled the hole with bricks from sidewalk where the gaping hole DGS dug (and now abandoned) by the fire hydrant next to this pot hole. I added a 3rd brick today because the hole is still an issue. As is the aforementioned hole in the ground by the fire hydrant. Please fill the holes.

Overgrown grass and lots of garbage surrounding the abandoned church at Westerlo and Green Streets.

Last year the sidewalks on Westerlo were replaced. They're nowhere near as attractive and charming as they were, but they work. New "green" spaces were made and sprayed with grass seed. The grass barely came in. Trees were ripped out and replaced. Thus far the trees appear to be dead. Please re-seed and if necessary, re-plant living trees. Why you created these little green spaces *that you don't maintain* is beyond me, but please at least make it attractive for us.

There is a downed branch and misc trash on the SE corner of Green and Westerlo Streets. The St. John's Church property has a lot of trash and the grass is overgrown.

The street light on franklin street, directly behind 68 Westerlo St. is out. Pole # 9737. There was previously confusion over the pile number and it was originally identified as 8560. Chris Spencer told us almost a year to the day a work order was put in, the light remains out and the area is remarkably dark at night.

I'm curious why the planters between south ferry street and the BOE building are allowed to be a meeting and hanging out place? People literally set up chairs and sit there all day and drink and use drugs. Last evening while walking my dog I saw a man shooting up while sitting on this "wall" please, please, please move these people along! There is an older gray haired man who always stumbles into the pastures neighborhood and sleeps along a tennis court fence. I've also seen him squatting next to bushes, pooping. The wall, or at least the people, need to go, please!
