    The 5 year moratorium on Fiske Rd is up this year. Per DPW when I called on 13 April, digging up the road may commence as soon as 15 April.

    I called National Grid today to get a status update on when they will start setting up my new gas line, and they told me that the Engineering Dept denied my permit.

    When I then called the Engineering Dept, they told me that the Head of the DPW told them to deny the permits because the moratorium is up in 2022. The head of the DPW is WRONG. Will he admit the mistake, approve the permits, and call National Grid?
