Every week, the day before and on the day of trash and recycling removal, there is garbage improperly stowed for collection in front of the building in the attached photo. It is often spilling out of the the dumpsters and recklessly laid by the curb next to the dumpsters in unsealed bags or boxes. Numerous pieces of trash usually winds up strewn or blown around the neighborhood and it's rarely picked up.

In front of 1315 Park Road NW, a parking enforcement sign is missing. The remainder of the metal sign pole are sticking out of the sidewalk, near the curb. It looks like it was recently mistakenly removed by a snowplow or something else.

Garbage from nearby homes is being dumped in and by the side of a public trash can every day. The perpetrators are all adults that live near the public trash can.

Graffiti is covering the words on the sign and making it unreadable.

No Parking sign is faded and unreadable.
