Severl holes in floors and lack of stability thru house, problem was addressed prior to move in May 19,2018. Construction company offered estimate june 1,2018 which was denied after a lot of threats to sue they attemtped to fix the bare minimin and offered one month free rent and advised nothing else will be fixed. Window leaks very high water bill mold and mildew appears to be out side,
