    Storm Drains at corner of Spruce St and Locust St and at the Middle School Crosswalk are blocked. This is causing storm water to run over the sidewalk and into my front yard causing erosion and undermining the sidewalk.

    The bottom of drainage ditch to the Elden St storm sewer is not adequate to handle run off from heavy rains. It needs to be widened to at least the diameter of the under driveway culverts to handle additional water flow. Water is backing up and flooding my 220V pool equipment and garden shed. This was reported in Issue ID: 4791414. It was closed with no apparent action taken.

    Drainage ditch on West Side of Spruce impeded by vegetation in ditch blocking entrance to culverts under driveways. The width of the ditch is unable to handle the flow.
    This is causing storm water to back-up into my yard in the vicinity of my 220V pool equipment.
