    Recycle was not picked up, due to the storm drains not working the street flooded and there is garbage all over the street and our property.

    Recycle was not picked up yesterday. Due to the lack of proper drainage on our street the street flooded. This cause all the FULL recycle bins to dump over and float to our address. Our yard and street if filled with garbage!!! This drainage has caused our house to flood. We have sent many many request to get this drainage fixed and nothing has been done!! NOTHING! We can not afford for our house to flood again due to the city's lack of repairing this HUGE drainage problem. Also there is the issue of garbage everywhere and the unsanitary condition of this!

    Storm drains are full and over flowing. Trash pick up was not done in our area so trash is all over the street and trash bags are glogging the storm drains. Water is reaching our door steps because of this!!!!!
