    Alleyway blocked! Bernalillo County Assessor lists no private ownership of this alleyway. Not sure the history of the decision to gate up and concrete block over this walking connection. This alley seems like it has the potential to be a beneficial connection for neighborhood residents again! This alleyway saves over two football fields of walking for many different routes and even more for others.

    Stoplight and crosswalk timing is broken. Wait times for crossing the Lomas is very long and mistimed to traffic. 4 out of 5 times I cross here the crosswalk is set to do not walk but there isn’t any traffic on Lomas. As the adjacent crosswalk counts down (indicating the crosswalk over Lomas about to change) a wave of traffic approaches from the east or west. Attached photo is an example from this morning showing a wave of cars headed eastbound right as they’re about to get a red light and I get the crosswalk over Lomas.

    Damagaed Route 66 way finding sign adjacent to Nob Hill Flying Star. A portion of the lighting strip has fallen from the sign and appears to be getting worse.
