As you enter Atkins St from Prospect St, the first driveway on the right is for 145 Prospect St. Just before the driveway is a post with a faded sign that is supposed to say "No Parking Here to Corner". It was originally installed at Alderman Moreau's request. It has faded over the years. On the opposite side of Atkins St is a similar sign that was replaced about a year ago. Thanks!

2 large rugs and black trash bags dumped

pothole (very bad) it's in the south bound lane in front of the yellow house. That's about 200' south of the intersection of Atkins and Prospect

On Atkins St at the intersection with Prospect there are two signs one on the north side and one on the south side. They both read "No parking here to corner" and both have faded and are almost unreadable. These were placed here by Alderman Moreau many years ago when we first moved in. Also, the sign on the south side of Atkins is in it's proper place but the sign on the north side was replaced after the sewer separation project and was mistakenly moved west closer to Prospect St, it's original location was directly across from the sign on the south side. I will take some pictures...

Hello! A couple of months ago (June?) Prospect St from the curve at #70 up to the intersection with Atkins St was prepared for work with markings for gas pipeline/water lines etc. The section of Pendleton nearby was also marked, ground and re-paved but no work was done on Prospect. This section was destroyed by a water main break about a year and a half ago. Are there plans to do this work soon? Maybe before winter? Thanks very much! Tom Martin

Someone dumped an old couch on Atkins St by the intersection with Prospect St.
The homeowner called the police and they came by to look at it. Can the DPW come to take it?
