    City tree at corner of 40th Ave and Carrington Street, Oakland, 94601, outside 4001 Carrington Street just had a huge branch come down, size of a tree. I've already been in touch with the Public Works office about the branch. I am concerned it needs assessment for emergency trimming. The tree is across from an elementary school and there are kids and cars passing underneath all day. Also concerned for me and my family's safety as well (power lines are passing underneath). Thanks.
