Tree leaning so that branches are overhanging roadway. Not sure root system of tree can stop tree from falling into roadway. Tree was planted when Clubview Lane was paved and all the existing trees were removed at the time. Tree appears to be within the town ROW.

Hurricane Ian has knocked over a tree (not on my property) onto my (Bill Brennan) patio at 818 Watson Ave. The tree may be either on my neighbor's property (820) or TOCS property, since it is located at the edge of drainage ditch which runs behind the houses on Watson Ave.

" Our new Palm Court road looks great…until it got hot. The road surface softened and you can see tire tracks from our vehicles backing out of the driveway. And we always back out slowly. "

Newly installed headwall at 816 suffered a washout in the gap between it and the headwall of 818. The amount of sand washed out is enough so that the headwall is leaning into the gap and it has also sunk several inches along its length. I called the builder and told the office staff of the situation. They called back an hour later to say that someone was on site to take of the problem. That turned out to be a sole gentleman whose apparent job was to consolidate the debris on the lot.

It has now been more than one year since the trees were taken down in order to place a home on this lot. The lot has been totally ignored by the lot owner/builder. Half the silt fence is down, the lot has never been graded at all. Not only is it an eyesore for the nearby homeowners, I have noticed several potential looker (potential buyers) show interest at the lot forr sale across the street and upon lookin at the eyesore, shake their heads and leave.
