    New property owner of 35 Sheffield st contracted a landscaper to remove the tree on the side of the street, then had the same contractor come back last Thursday September 20th to grind the stump. after 4 plus hours and darkness falling the contractor left and this is how they left the area, with logs and wood chips in the road and all over the sidewalk. Note the truck in the picture is NOT the contractor's vehicle but is owned by a resident of Sheffield st.

    I spotted these 4 5 gallon jugs filled with an unknown liquid possibly oil just left on the side of Sheffield street next to the old abandoned school which is apparently a favorite dumping place for people as there are 2 large televisions also dumped in the back of the school.

    This where my niece fell and got hurt. all of Sheffield St sidewalks are completely horrible and don't meet ADA STANDARDS. I KNOW 32 Sheffield is slated to be repaired but this is where she fell in front of 38 Sheffield St
