    3753 38th ave south. Old radio station. Lot has been cleared and is now overgrown. Clumps of dirt and overgrowth. Trash is on lot line between 3901 38th and 3753 38th. This is a real eyesore and trash and overgrowth everywhere, Please make them clean up this mess. Trash goes to front of apartment complex as well. Reporting trash and overgrowth

    There is a derilick abandoned house boat at the entrance to Clam Bayou. It has been tagged and been there for almost two years. It is blue and white. It is in the water and gone aground. There has to be a way to get it out of there.

    There is a drainage easement that runs beside Bermuda Bay Condos that has not been maintained in years. It is full of dead trees and brush. I am unsure which department. It is a recorded drainage easement.

    This is an old radio station that is currently for sale. No one is taking care of the property. Grass is not being mowed looked horrible. A real eyesore and not fair to those of us that take care of our property and pay taxes.
