Trash not picked up, our usual day for the building(40 unit apartment) is Wednesday. There is so much trash it will require a pickup as soon as possible.

Elevator issues continues. The elevator continues to fall into non working status for days on end. Disabled tenant in unit and in other units in building. Elevator stopped working on Dec 24th after repair was called for previous stoppage. Was repaired on 12.28 and is not working again today.

I do not know if it is the elevator company is unable to repair or if it is the landlord preventing or rejecting repairs. The entire month has been nothing but elevator issues without remedy, but the problem has been recurring over the past year and prior years with prior owners.

Elevator not repaired. The landlord's rep claims that someone in the building is sabotaging the elevator. There has been zero communication. The elevator has not worked properly since December 3rd. The landlord's reps either say the company is coming and nothing happens, or claim its the tenant's fault, which is an excuse why it not repaired. There is no call in number for emergencies, as the number tenants have is another business the landlord owns which only keeps standard business hours. A cell phone was given to report emergencies, but the response I received today was it was not an emergency. Multiple tenants in the building are disabled (wheelchair bound or limited mobility)

Power issues. Partial Power went out on 11.15.20 at 8:30pm. UI insists there is power to the building. But inside our unit, the refrigerator and other major appliances are not working along with the electric in the bathroom and several wall outlets while the rest of the apartment has power. I have not tested the furnace to see if it works. This is becoming critical due to inadequate refrigeration for medication in over 11 hours. No circuit breakers have been tripped and all are in the on position. Inside the building, sporadic lights are out and the elevator is not working. We have no emergency number to contact the owner and have to leave a message on a business voicemail that isn't picked up until regular business hours, usually around 10am.
