    Hi, I am writing to you because i have tree in my backyard. During this windy season it getting little complicated. Branches of tree is touched with wires so we couldn't do anything on our own. So, would like to get City of Malden help to trim the branches.

    We recently moved from Arlington to our new apartment in Medford and ever since we moved in we have been pretty disturbed by the noises coming from tenants who live directly upstairs in unit 35. They have a child and it seems like the child is wide awake until midnight. We hear the noise of football/ basketball stomping on our roof all the time. I am not sure what do they end up doing until 12 am in the morning but we also hear weird noises like moving furnitures/ heavy banging on the floor etc

    Me and my boyfriend personally went to talk to them at 1 am in the morning about 2 weeks ago and their behavior hasn't changed. I went and talked to them again at 10pm at night past week and the tenant was very rude and slammed the door on me. I have also sent couple of text messages to the superintendent in-charge of the building within past 2 weeks and I am not sure if he acted on it yet because we haven't seen any changes with reduction of noises so far.

    We both are students and work full time. Our life has seriously been effected by this situation. We haven't been able to sleep or study properly neither have been able to live peacefully. Our only hope is if anything can be done from your end.

    Please help!
