    I had been refraining from mentioning the extensive road damage on Vantage Rd. due to Covid-19, but last week I saw that Bedford Ave. (and other streets) in Spring Glen had been fully repaved, that is TWICE IN TWO YEARS! Yet Vantage Rd. has not been fully paved in more than six years!

    I did see that a month ago potholes were "filled" on Vantage but when I investigated the work it looked like a bandaid on an avulsion.

    Please either pave Vantage Rd. or stop paving streets that don't need it.

    Please do something about the litter on Vantage Rd. and Eleanor St. This morning I filled an entire contractor bag with garbage and there is still more to be done. I am willing to pick it up when I can, but I will not engage with used syringes (see photo): I have to believe this also constitutes a health threat.

    If the street could be monitored by police, a civil servant, or camera this issue could be remedied quickly as this litter is clearly the work of a few select individuals engaged in daily practice.

    There are some serious vagrancy issues in Hamden. At the Merritt exit, the Walmart shopping center, and many other spots. What is being done to remedy this chronic issue that only seems to be getting worse.
