    Overgrown mesquite in apartment complex entrapping wires over easement. I'm unable to reach the owners. During a recent storm a very large branch broke off and was flipped over into the easement slightly scratching my vehicle in my driveway. There remains a danger and neither TEP nor Cox is claiming ownership of the large wires. I need the City's help to resolve this.
