Sec. 58-304. Unintended growth/excessive accumulation of weeds and other plant material where my property (1106 Misty Lane) meets the back of Tarpon High School. The growth of trees/falling of trees; invasive vines; and debris have damaged my back fence beyond repair. In the pictures I have attached you will see trees have knocked down my fence completely on the left side, my trees on my side are holding up the center of my fence where a tree fell on it, and a tree is growing through my fence on the right side. Someone recently put in stakes marking the property as their's up to my fence line. Our pest control guy notified us that there are number of snake holes along this back fence as well as burrows. This area needs to be cleared out ASAP as it is not being maintained at all, its damaging my property, preventing me from fencing off my property, and creating a pest problem.
