Every time it rains, snows, etc. all of the water collects at the bottom of the street that flattens out so none of it goes through the drains on the left. So there is persistent stagnant water that looks bad, ruins the road, and causes all the traffic to drag mud and excess dirt up the street. When it is cold, the water freezes into a thick sheet of ice which is a hazard. Please address this!

Drainage or Flooding Problem Archived2045 Westview Street Gallup New Mexico - GallupEvery time it rains, a freestanding large puddle of water collects an the intersection of Westview St and Crestwood Ct and takes days to evaporate. All the water from further down Crestwood drains into the puddle but there is not a slope to have the water flow into the large drain that is present.
