This tree was on a removal list for a couple years. The tree is located approx. 5ft. from the only catch basin on my block. The flooding in our basements has debris from this tree coming through our basements. How can a issue be acknowledged with a conformation and a evaluation for removal for 2 yrs. this tree was on a removal waiting list, then reevaluated and taken from the removal list.

I have been contacting the city for 2 years, the tree was examined and was placed on a list. My block floods extremely quick due to the tree, this tree which is located right over a catch basin. My home is right in the middle of the block, all debris and litter flows directly in front of my house. I would greatly appreciate any communication. I believe courtesy from the staff is very poor. I've been a resident of Detroit my whole life, I would like to be notified of any situations I'm faced with.

collapsed alley has affected my tap to the sewer line. I did make a claim Sept. 2018, I did report this issue as well, and haven't seen anyone come to resolve this issue, the crew leader requested them to tape it off, and that has not been done yet. This collapsed alley caused me to have raw sewerage in my basement for 12 days. NOT HEALTHY

My basement was flooded so I called my plumber, who snakes my pipes regularly, he also busted my basement floor up to remove the trap. I thought my flooding was resolved. Wishful Thinking, I moved in my home 2006 and to my surprise this has been a ongoing issue. Not aware of this problem Many of my things were ruined due to water damage and mold. I called my plumber on 9/7/2018 he came the following day snaked the drain twice 120 ft. out. That's when he suggested I get ahold of DWSD. I went on the website and called the number right away, DWSD came the same evening and assured me that the sewer would be cleaned/vacuumed out the following day, I have been very persistent making phone calls daily, due to the issue at hand, because it's not just water now, it's waste. The reason I'm posting is to me the urgency is required when I have a son. Thanks
